Night Time is designed to be mixed with 300ml of water (not 500-700ml like our other sachets) so you won't be rushing to the toilet in the middle of the night! Our Night Time sachets contain L-Theanine & 5-HTP and is still completely natural and contains zero sugar. We recommend taking Night Time 60-90 minutes before bed. This sachet is recommended to be mixed with hot water in a mug too...some even say this is the best way!
