These look great but I did see an article from the police to say you can only use them on your own land.
Funny how the scooters are legal when the government are renting them out to the public but its illegal if you buy your own. That's why I don't vote
DavidGreenidge that was only an experiment. Plus they were insured. The scooters are only illegal if ridden without insurance. Get it insured and you’ll be fine. However the legislation is currently being considered, so that might change.
As a driver, the fact these are being ridden on the busy roads at nights by kids terrifies me, they appear out of nowhere with no lights etc, they are a liability, so should be insured to protect everyone.
Another fantastic deal from you. I'm riding mine in the street. I'm not scared of the police lolz seriously cheers sweetheart
PaulaG it’s around £130 to get it back if seized plus a fine. Just get insurance for it and it’ll be legal then.
There's are perfectly road legel. There 250wh moters in theses . If you get over this then your breaking the law. According to reviews I've read. Just a heads up..
Bestoffer https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-48106617. They are not legal in any form as yet .. read this
Shaunx they are legal if insured, not sure if you need to pay road tax too, you’d need to look into it.
milty you can insure them through certain companies, then just make sure it has lights and you wear a helmet, and you’ll be good.
I assisted someone who had one seized, we got it insured and provided appropriate legislation and the police released it (for £130). So now he can ride it legally, as if he causes an accident on it, he’s insured.
