My mum bought a similar one recently and we had so much fun making candles so I want a kit for myself!
I make my own candles from equipment I've cobbled together over the years. This is a good entry level kit in my opinion, you will have to float the jug in a boiling pan to melt the wax so an old saucepan will be needed, easily obtainable from charity shops or boot sales etc. Before long, if you get the bug, you'll be looking at old cartons etc in a different way and saving your old candle scraps.
