The Selectors Collection Tipsy Trio
Authenticity always tastes better. That’s why all our alcohol chocolates are made with a generous measure of the good stuff: if we wouldn’t drink it on its own, we wouldn’t pour it into our chocolate. Take our Pink Champagne Truffles: while other chocolate makers use Marc de Champagne – a fiery spirit made from grape skins and stalks – we use real Mercier in every truffle. That’s just one of the recipes you’ll find in this trio of tipsy Selectors.
Mojito – Two Selectors Made the classic way: strong on the rum, crushed mint, lime. Our house rum is made by a Saint Lucia distiller, just down the road from our Rabot Estate cacao plantation.
Pink Champagne – Two Selectors Fruity and enlivening milk chocolate and cream truffles with a generous splash of Mercier Champagne and a hint of strawberry.
Lady Marmalade – Two Selectors A dramatic Cointreau and gin cocktail with a zesty, sizzling finish. Crisp opening burn of gin and citrus, with notes of orange and bergamot in a melt of 70% dark.
