Bought these a while back when they were on on special offer. These are a nice soft spandex type fabric with a white heat pad in the middle.. they fit nice and tight around even my big wrists and are held in place easily due to the strong velcro type fitting.
At first wasn't too sure if they were working but after a while I could feel a build up of heat that helped with my aching wrists after a day at work.
They are extremely comfortable to wear for a few hours and will see if it helps with blood circulation after time.
