What Shops Are Open In The English Lockdown?
With the lockdown in England now in it's second day. I thought I would post a round up of what shops are open and what (if any) restrictions are in place all in one place. If you have one to add, please tag me in the comments and I will add.
Open for collection of pre-paid collection orders only both stand alone store and those inside Sainsburys. Delivery, installation and recycling services still available. Collections from Argos store will be handed to you outside the door and you won't be allowed in the shop. You can still return items but only to store located inside Sainsburys all others will have to wait until reopening on 2nd December.
Open for contact free click and collect pre-paid orders only - you won't be allowed to buy anything in store without paying for it online first. Home deliveries as usual

Open for free click and collect but everything is free delivery so might be a better option for you. You can't browse the store only click and collect pre-paid for orders
In England, stores that sell food, clothing and home are open, with clothing only floors closed except where they provide access. All our Food stores remain open but stores that only sell clothing and/or homewares and outlet stores are temporarily closed. You can still do free click and collect on all items - just make sure your chosen collection store is open when checking out online.
Supermarkets
All the supermarkets and convenience stores are open as usual but they are asking you to shop alone wherever possible and there may be one way systems and limited numbers in and out of the shop so you might have to queue depending on how busy the store is.
Please do not panic buy or stock pile, they have said deliveries are coming as usual and there is enough stock for everyone if we are sensible.
Banks & Post Offices are all open but please check your individual branch online for any revised opening hours in place.

You can also Click & Collect from the door at The Entertainer Toy Shop.
Shops with a Post Office counter inside will generally be open too.
Boots say: "We’ve temporarily suspended our Click & Collect service, but you can still complete your Boots shop online, just opt for home delivery."
Carpet right for some unknown reason are open. As they are trade associated eg like plum base
