This is misleading. You just get 3 small pots of herbs/spices/pastes for each meal. Good but not worth the money. I got a trial for £1 a few months ago.

As it would appear that you have to add all of the main ingredients yourself, you would be better off just getting out a Mary Berry / Delia Smith cookbook, and batch cooking a load of stuff for the freezer.
