Is this basically EVERYTHING besides their spice mixes?
And as for a 15-20 cook time?

I have used several of these and they are anything but tasteless. In fact we make the spice blends stretch to four meals. Yes, you have to add all meat and veg so the meals work out pretty expensive. I have always got the products free or nearly free on cashback sites or this offer.
TheChimp I've used them for a few months. Meal has always been ready in the time stated if it says 30 mins then it's reading in 30 min. Instructions on recipe card are clear and it tells you what pot to add and when. (3 pots to recipe). I've mainly had chicken recipes and need chicken, rice, onion, cream/yoghurt/tin tomatoes depending which recipe it is. Give them a try but say you are cooking for 4 (this makes us double quantity for same price), they are easy to cancel. This is a favourite
