I have purchased a pair of shoes but the code was not applied even though I manually entered it at the checkout stage. It may be that the items I selected were not included in the offer, but I went back and checked with other items that certainly should be included in the offer and it was not clear if the EXTRA11 code would be applied to these items either.
To be clear, I WAS happy to proceed with my purchase without this discount as the items were cheaper here than anywhere else, but FLX website, which has been undergoing reconstruction in recent weeks, still has more than a few glitches.
