If you need help in loosing weight then this is the place to go. I go every January to shake of the excess weight that I have put on over the winter. The ladies in my one are all very friendly and there are also quite a few men more and more every year. They have certificates and a wealth of information on the best way to get rid of my weight.
This is a fantastic way to loose weight and it really works if you are willing to stick to it. You just find your local slimming world venue and look at the date and time . You then arrive and get all the books and get weighed and mine has a bring a piece of fruit and the slimmer of the week gets a basket full of fruit. You can then stay for discussions with other members and pick up lots of helpful tips.
