As with all solar devices best to siliicone seal em or use special waterproof tape especially around the solar panel as its water ingress that kills these things and not even the expensive ones are waterproof!

Where can I get these lights from as they don have any in the Folkestone or ashford branches .they only have the stainless steel ones and I want the black ones to match the other black ones I bought previously from your Folkestone store .They are very good .
Try Poundstretchers they have big glass ones as well as the 99p plastic ones!
Having used them for a while though the light doesnt last long probably about 2 hours at the very maximum after a really heavy day of real sunshine - the solar panel is just too small and the battery is tiny so dont expect much!
You could mod it though with a bigger battery and a larger external solar panel.
I feel another small project coming on!
