The XM3 version is even quicker to charge than before. Use the optional AC adaptor and just 10 minutes of charging is enough for 5 hours playback – perfect for when you’re in a hurry. Once fully charged up (in around 3 hours), these headphones give up to 30 hours of playback – easily enough for a week’s worth of commuting.

Compared to the previous version, the WH1000XM3’s weigh 20g less. Combine this with the thicker and softer foam used and you’ve got even greater comfort than before. Subtle changes to the style makes them look more attractive, too.
