I had this problem with flies and bought fly netting for the windows and it works a treat. I got mine from amazon and cut them to size. hope you can find ways to keep cool this heat is a killer
millipedie I'm in the loft so the window opens in 2 directions so can't put a net on it like normal windows.
I just ordered some. One for me and one for my fur baby, I'll put it in his bed inside a cotton pillowcase instead of blankets. 
It is too hot! I’ve not long had a baby and am struggling with hot flushes so I think I need one of these!

omg i really need this in this weather finding it so hard to sleep, been putting my pillows in the freezer and freezing water in bottles to put in front of fan, today suppose be hotter than yesterday to, thank you for sharing
