Whilst Georgian rooms offer a more traditional edge to their decor, befitting the history of the building they occupy, Garden rooms are pleasingly contemporary in style, with a homely atmosphere. The newly-refurbished Etain restaurant is a proud holder of two AA Rosettes, offering a menu that showcases the best of the New Forest produce. It serves up British a la carte dishes brimming with vibrant colours, flavour and faultless presentation. Burcher & Co overlooks the hustle and bustle of Lymington high street and offers a menu of fresh, seasonal British Tapas dishes in a more informal and casual setting.

For casual all-day dining and drinks in a unique relaxed setting, head to The Conservatory, which has direct access to beautiful walled gardens. Finish the evening with cocktails from the Drydock bar or cosy up with a glass of wine in front of the log burning fire.

Lymington is a pretty Regency market town set on the River Solent in the New Forest, Hampshire. With a strategic position between Bournemouth and Southampton, Lymington is a well-known sailing resort, and the Old Town Quay is still used as a base for commercial fishing boats.
