Starbucks at The Mall gave me a small size only. Thank you anyway it's still s very generous gesture for a cold afternoon. Considering the pricey £4.25 small glass drink it was given free. Customer service is good. Can't complain, the young lad was helpful. I hope all staff will be oriented better for their day's promo.

The good thing about this company is the standards between places. The staff is always well trained and in a good mood making the visit a good experience. The quality of the coffee is acceptable and the food lost, in my opinion, some quality during the last few months. It's also a bit pricey

Me and my family do like Starbucks, especially their iced teas. They have a decent vegan and vegetarian range of food and the staff are always friendly and helpful. My one complaint is that they often don’t have the iced tea that I love and it’s always the product they get rid of when they have to make room for seasonal drinks
