I ordered a patio heater over 15 days and website stated dispatched straight away, but unfortunately the courier have never received it and are still waiting for it. Studio should not be advertising items they do not have. Also still awaiting a refund, so I will certainly not be using Studio again!
Love studio for everything it is fairly priced clothes and shoes for women, are good and the kids clothes are great value too, returns are fairly easy and refunds are quickly dealt with! The only downside is the delivery price !! £4.99 for delivery is a bit expensive compared to other online shopping sites
Placed order on 13/11/2022 for 2 x Lyle & Scott Polo Shirts which are a present for a family member. These were supposed to be £50 each which would have been £100 total but they were on offer at £25 each so got both for £50.
Annoyingly had to pay £4.99 for delivery.
Total order of £54.99.
I've got DealFinder by Voucher Codes on my web browser, it said if you spend £50+ you can get a £5 Amazon Voucher. So I felt this kind of cancels out the delivery charge.
I had a confirmation email from Studio on 15/11/2022
16/11/2022 Studio emailed saying my order had been dispatched.
EVRI emailed the same day saying they had my parcel.
17/11/2022 EVRI emailed to let me know my parcel would arrive between 13:30 & 14:30.
The parcel turned up at 11:22am 2 hours earlier than expected delivery window, but it wasn't a problem as I was in.
Hopefully the items we've bought are okay for the recipient & don't have to be returned.
Overall a good Online shopping experience.
