Bought this thinking it was a premium product. Cooks ok but I've had mine since July 2019, it's used maybe twice a week and washed in the dishwasher ( so no scrubbing involved. Noticed over the last few days the non stick surface is coming off. Spoke to Amazon but giving me the run around. Very angry to be honest...

1.0 out of 5 stars - Expensive and poor

- This is a very disappointing product. First it is enormous and many will struggle to fit it into a kitchen cupboard. Moreover the grill is not particularly attractive to leave out all the time, plus it takes up a lot of work surface space.
- Second, it takes a long time to heat up - perhaps 10 minutes or more.
- Third, to allow fat to run away the base grill plate is not horizontal but angled to the front. As a result it’s difficulty to get some food to stay in place - sausages for example.
- Fourth, for food that needs to be thoroughly cooked the grill is slow.
- Fifth, the food I’ve tried to grill has frequently been over cooked.
- Sixth, although it seems high tech the mechanics of the grill are traditional and the tech really a glorified timer.
- Seventh, food gets crushed. The grill clamshell needs to be closed to get it to work but the weight of the upper grill tray crushes the food.'
