Ordered from these weeks ago, said it was dispatched, received nothing. Contacted customer services who said it hadn't been dispatched at all. Still hasn't been and no refund. Ordered other items too. So looked on trustpilot and was horrified. Looks like a pure scammy company I'm afraid from reading the reviews 
I have used a similar post for a deal from these people bought and paid for extra along with the freebie. I have waited 2 months now and no show. On their site the contact us email address comes back as address not recognized web trying to enquire thecwgereabouts of my order and I cannot find a phone number. Waste of time
