In the mid-90s, I drew a line down the middle of a piece of paper to define "my passion." On one side, I listed the things I was good at, and on the other, the things I loved to do. At the intersection of those two lists was making vodka. So I followed my passion and built my own distillery, the first functional legal distillery in the history of Texas.

A few decades later, we're making vodka in the same place we started with the same attention to quality, still taking the heart of the run, "the nectar," to give you only the best. To us, handmade means we cook each batch until it's smooth and delicious-just the way I like it. Critics have called our vodka "a homegrown symphonic spirit to applaud" and have said it "can go head to head with any of the world's greats."
