These are amazing it’s absolutely gorgeous, these melt in your mouth knife glides right thro them, it’s just like a nice big thick steak, u can share them or have on own it’s only held on to that bone, waitrose have them in too, bigger sizes and smaller and varied prices well worth the money for a treat
