So many things you can cook love it
Note : 2.2 litres is very small , a couple of portions of chips tops . Most couples will need at least the 3.7 litre model or 4.3 litres preferably .
Remember these are not "magic " devices . In effect just mini fan ovens ( in this case very mini ! ) . Remember "Prime Day " next week , I think it likely the 4.3 litre version of this will be available around for around £30 - £35 .
Paid £29 for my 4.3 litre one last Black Friday but not used it much . Checking on my power meter the electricity saving is marginal compared to my normal oven . Obviously a boon if you don't have a normal oven and healthier than a deep fat fryer but I would wait for a good price on a larger model unless you have a tiny appetite .
I agree, this is small, I bought a 6 litre one for just over £50, and I have hardly used my normal oven since! So glad I didn't get a smaller one. However, I am saving a lot on my electric as my normal oven takes 20 minutes to heat up, then there is the cooking time after that! By the time that heats up, my food will be ready in the Air fryer, so it just makes sense. As a bonus it is a healthier way of eating too

divvyhannah these are great as mentioned in other comments this is small but a great starting oven, I have this one also the larger one, your only restriction is the size if you have a family a larger one is more useful, I’ve cooked a Sunday dinner in mine as I’ve now have two the larger ones take a medium chicken, cooks faster than a normal oven, no warming up and easy to clean. It’s a personal choice but I recommend this I love mine and use them all the time

So if it fries grills bakes and roasts why wouldn’t it just use my main oven that does all that ? I ve been thinking of replacing my greasy old deep fat fryer with one of these … but with so little oil do the chips really just taste different / better / “fried” or just essentially “oven chips” ?

Agree with others who say it’s small. I have one, and it is ok for two of us, but we tend to only use it for things like hash browns, roast potatoes, but if you would need two batches for chips.
