I got this last time it was on offer. Took them 3 weeks to deliver and customer service was non existent. I emailed them 3 times to ask where my order was.
In the end I opened a PayPal dispute and 2 days later my order arrived!!!
I have always received my orders within 14 days from them, but saying that it probably depends on where you live and the volume of orders.
