Usually I drink lemon balm tea when I can`t sleep on the evening;) I` like try this Twinings tea too;)
monia866 where do you get lemon balm tea please i have been wanting to try i shop in holland and Barrett however I’m used to dr stuarts valerian plus but they’ve had no stock so wanting to try others
You can grow lemon balm very easily but can get out of control. Could get a tea diffuser to make your own.@KerryAnnGallagh

and I can honestly say there tea is high quality in flavour well worth the money

Great price for this tea. I have used it and it does work, sometimes too well in that I find it hard to get up the next day.

This is my night time drink before bed. It's a lovely taste you not put to much hot water in other wise it wakes the taste. Thank you for sharing this very good deal off to get some

This is my favourite tea flavour, it helps me drift off!!! If mu heads really racing around I maybe drink 2 or 3 mugs of this after my dinner, just so I know I will fall over!! So I start at 6 and go to bed around 9pmish, these work, I’ve put so many friends n family into this tea!!! Thanks for posting xx
