I always pre-order an Ubisoft product directly from their online store, in some cases it works out a lot cheaper especially for collector editions compared to 3rd party companies who retail the products for profit. I have never had any problems ordering games from Ubisoft, all my pre-orders have always arrived on the day of release without fail, the prices are reasonable and if your a regular Ubisoft game player and are on Ubisoft Connect (formally Uplay) then you can use your game/achievement points (I think it's 100) to get 20% off your purchases. I have just done this and used it to purchase Watch Dogs Legion and Assassin's Creed: Valhalla and also used it to buy the previous Assassin's Creed before that. The prices are reasonable and the customer service has been pretty good over the years.
