Asics are a really good all rounder for footwear for me. I use them for running because of the support, stability and comfort the trainer gives me. If gives me comfort fromm forefoot through the arch all the way to the heel with no discomfort. The nylon mesh material around the upper trainer is very helpful as its there for breathability purposes which helps the foot breath and not sweat when doing impact sport
