This is a well made toilet brush and holder... with one issue.
I've included a number of photos as well as video which shows a little water test as I found the base to be the weakest part in an otherwise excellent design.
First, the brush. This is very well made and screws together easily though I'd advise to tighten quite a bit so that it doesn't unscrew on you as you are using it. The worst thing would be the brush head or pole falling into the toilet!
The silicone brush head is excellent and does the job well.
Now onto the base. This is again constructed well and in principle is an excellent design. You have an option to use the adhesive sticker for fixing it to a wall or have it floor standing which is what we are doing.
The inside features a series of vents to allow the water to drain from the brush and into the dark grey plastic bottom. This, though initially effective, for me is the weakest part of the design. This dark grey plastic base is too stiff to remove without spilling whatever water it has caught and because of the overall base design you cannot simply pour the water back out through the open vents and the top. You have to take the grey plastic base off.
This is a shame as I think the designers had good intentions for limiting smells etc but the end result is unless you empty it pretty much immediately after every use (and are careful), there will be a point where you, or your bathroom floor, gets covered in toilet brush water.
Maybe with time this stiffness will ease as the dark grey plastic wears a bit but until then... you have been warned.
