What is Vax?

Vax is a UK-based company manufacturing electrical goods and cleaning products for floor and air treatments. It was founded by Alan Brazier in 1977 who had prior experience in the field of industrial carpeting cleaning. After winning a contract to clean Newport Pagnell service station, Brazier developed a prototype of a machine fit for a household but is also capable of washing carpets and handling accident spillages as well as flooding. The forerunner to Vax's iconic orange tub, a multi-functional floor-care was launched in 1979 and initially engaged with consumers via a door to door sales of the device.

In 1982, the company’s products were first offered for sale by high-street retailers and the 111 Orange Tub model went on to become one of the best-selling vacuum cleaning product in the country. Brazier also created a one-of-a-kind three-in-one machine called Vax 101 that could wash, suck up spills, and vacuum carpets. He decided to manufacture it himself after patenting his innovative product.

With the rising demand for cordless vacuums, the company developed a new breed of cord-free machines designed to meet the ever evolving needs of its customers. They launched the Vax Blade four decades after the company’s innovation of the floorcare market. Vax Blade combines the power of a corded vacuum with the convenience of a cordless. What are the delivery options for Vax?

Standard Delivery

• Cost: £1.99 or free for all orders above £4.99.
• Delivery Time: 3-5 working days.

• Free, available only on orders containing a machine or solution and does not apply to Goods purchased under the Plan unless otherwise stated.
• A fee will be payable for Next Day Delivery on orders of spares and accessories only, stated at the time of placing the order. Alternatively, customers placing orders of spares and accessories can use their Standard Delivery

Will I receive confirmation my order has been dispatched?

Yes, once they release your order to their courier you will receive confirmation in addition you should receive an email directly from the courier with a tracking number for each parcel. This information can be used to track the item to your door via their website.
