Switching
Switching to Vodafone broadband is simple....
1) Choose one of their broadband packages.
2) Check the availability in your area's postcode
3) Choose an activation date online, or installation date if your address doesn’t have an Openreach line yet.
4) They handle everything with your current provider (Unless you are with Virgin Media - you’ll need to cancel directly) and get you quickly up and running. They will even book you an engineer if you need one.
JessHindle they're rubbish. You'd be better off with no broadband than having Vodafone. Avoid them
Tylsel worst ones around dont trust there speeds I've gone with bt and I get the correct speeds
Dont trust these I've had to change mine to bt I went with this one and I never got higher speed than 23mbps sometimes I was only getting 9mbps all I got was 15% off my bill whilst they were trying to fix it now I've left I've asked to see how they tried to fix and they have nothing to show me and still now if I put my post code into there website says I can get those speeds worst broadband provider ever 7 months they were looking into it but yet have no evidence to show me how they tried to get my speeds better if I were u guys I wud stay well away it's not worth the stress
Stay well clear.
worst company ever to deal with.
they cost me a small fortune in lost busines.
don’t touch them
Total shambles I’ve just left them speeds are crap you get 15% off the whole contract cos they fix nothing Cos their based in Egypt plus it goes through phone line so can only get upto 38 meg anyways
DavidGregson wish I got those speeds with them I've gone with bt coz they have more control over the lines loads better
Good cheap broadband, however they are not part of Ofcom's Automatic Compensation Scheme https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/automatic-compensation-need-know
WORST BROADBAND PROVIDER EVER!!
if you want constant connection drops and slow speed then Vodafone is perfect for you.
If you want decent Internet then AVOID VODAFONE
they had the MOST complaints in 2019 for being the WORST supplier
There terrible I had this broadband always had problems with speed router was literally 10 feet away from what I was using for streaming/PS4 and a turtle could of provided me with faster speeds WiFi went off took them 3 weeks to sort problem out and still made me pay for that months bill
This company are ripping ppl off, my fibre doesn't connect they refused to downgrade me and I'm stuck in a 24 month contract, I can't leave. They dug up the flags outside my home and left it in a mess they didn't put the router and their equipment where I wanted it. Its just one big mess, avoid this company at all cost. They are unhelpful and you don't get what your paying for.
