Dont trust these I've had to change mine to bt I went with this one and I never got higher speed than 23mbps sometimes I was only getting 9mbps all I got was 15% off my bill whilst they were trying to fix it now I've left I've asked to see how they tried to fix and they have nothing to show me and still now if I put my post code into there website says I can get those speeds worst broadband provider ever 7 months they were looking into it but yet have no evidence to show me how they tried to get my speeds better if I were u guys I wud stay well away it's not worth the stress

Total shambles I’ve just left them speeds are crap you get 15% off the whole contract cos they fix nothing Cos their based in Egypt plus it goes through phone line so can only get upto 38 meg anyways

WORST BROADBAND PROVIDER EVER!!

if you want constant connection drops and slow speed then Vodafone is perfect for you.

If you want decent Internet then AVOID VODAFONE

they had the MOST complaints in 2019 for being the WORST supplier

There terrible I had this broadband always had problems with speed router was literally 10 feet away from what I was using for streaming/PS4 and a turtle could of provided me with faster speeds WiFi went off took them 3 weeks to sort problem out and still made me pay for that months bill

This company are ripping ppl off, my fibre doesn't connect they refused to downgrade me and I'm stuck in a 24 month contract, I can't leave. They dug up the flags outside my home and left it in a mess they didn't put the router and their equipment where I wanted it. Its just one big mess, avoid this company at all cost. They are unhelpful and you don't get what your paying for.
