emmabeckz hi contacted purevpn over the trouble i had and the double subscrition it took a different person helped ELVIS lol read all my emails and said there had been a glitch when i tried to downloaded it to another tv ? i was still subscribed and when i tried to subscribe again on the same email caused more trouble and because of the trouble would i be interested in a deal instead of getting a refund they would offer me a subscription till 2027 ? i told elvis to put on his blue suede shoes and send me the details as proof and i would be very happy to take his deal .

emmabeckz hi tried to log into my pureVPN account AND I CANNOT get past how to join ? so i asked for help on the chat ? i said how can i unsubscribe to any future payments on my paypal account ? i dont subscribe because i prefere to look for a better deal each year can you help ? if you unsubscribe that means i have to give you your money back is that what your after ? i said no i have been with you for a year and wish to stay another year with out the subscription ? i have already paid for on year i wish the auto subscription to be taken off my paypal account ? next years payment is double than this year ? i dont agree ? is there a problem it said i can unsubscribe anytime ? i paid just remove future payments ? then he said do you want me to remove auto payments ? i said yes thank you ? but to be on the safeside i will check paypal in a few days ? i then received a page from pureVPN informing me how dangerous it was to make payments manualy and join every year ? then i received another email saying my payment had been returned to paypal this had a hong kong address ? it also said they do the subscription because we dont want to spoil your veiwing time with breaks in joining up ? paypal said i was refunded by the vpn ? last year this never happened ? i tried to use one of my devices on my daughters tv and i was blocked so i thought my year had finished and when i tried to join it said they already have this email that is active ? i used chat and asked if i should use the old passwords etc or would i be emailed as a new account ?she said use the old passwords and just before i paid i realised they never used your discount and it was £6 more ? so i stopped and deleted ! someone from chat sent me a email why did i stop ? i said i was transferd from latest deal and your price was different ? i was sent another email asking me to elaborate ? and i sent your address and the 82% deal that i was after ? i said i will try again tomorrow ? yesterday your link never took me to the 82% off because i think ? it asked me to log into my account ? today it did but when i went to pay with paypal i could not get out of the subscribe all it said you can unsubscribe once you pay this is a lie ? sorry its so long ?
stevekan91 I don't think you can add this deal on to a current subscription. If they are saying they can only refund the best thing is to go on live chat the week before your current deal expires (Set a reminder on your phone or computer calendar) and say that you want to cancel then before you are charged. Then, see if we have another deal on at that time or if they offer you another deal as an existing customer. I don't work for PureVPN so I don't know what else to say. Maybe put it all in an email so they reply and address all your queries? Thank you

stevekan91 took me over 7hrs sort it out ? i took a 30 min break because i wasnt feeling well ?and after several passwords later ? it was the the withdrall of all my downloads and netflix but no option to unsubscribe but i think i have been charged twicemy first fee was refunded and it said that now there are 2 payments that both look the same and the refunded is not there ? so i will show someone if they can see anything ?

hi i was like you ? not a clue ? get pen and paper ? go to youtube and look for a fella who has a site called LETSCRACKON he will teach you how to do all the tech stuff put names on your paper stop and go back and forth ? it took me a week to understand what was going onand how to download downlowder and once you get onto letscrackon site all the apps etc for movies and once you download your VPN you have a address for usa ? just take your time some accents are very hard he has a northern accent ?

If you want to watch USA Netflix on your TV you need a smart DNS service which is not included in this so totally pointless imo.
