This is nice. I've been looking at these for my kids but not sure if these are too big
Nichola1991 hi have you looked in aldi they have children ones also one of the TV shopping channels had them for 29 you can buy children ones I think one of the big supermarkets had them in the sale well worth im 57 and its helped me

Have read much about weighted blankets, but don’t know anyone who has one. Would like to hear from anyone who has bought one and if they would recommend buying one?
BlueEyesX I have fibromyalgia and auto immune disease which causes restless legs and it keeps me awake I jumped on the bandwagon and bought myself a single one so it doesn't bother my husband and in my personal opinion it was the best thing I could get for myself I also use it during the day when needed and it helps calm down my leg issues it doesn't stop my ailments but it does help keep it bareable and helps my stress and anxiety levels to and anyone who has kids with complex issues they will get so much comfort from one my son has autism and he uses one I bought him for bed and it brings him so much comfort and reassurances that help him settle and he sleeps like a baby now hope this helps you xx
BlueEyesX hi ive brought one from a TV shopping channel when it was on a special it helps me with my fibromyalgia and lupus, I washed mine the other and couldn't settle in bed that night as soon as hubby got my blanket off to sleep with in 10 mins and might should daft but they don't make u hot but keeps you warm or cool at same time hope that helps
I have anxiety and terrible insomnia and keep thinking of trying one of these

I have been looking for a while now to get one of these weighted blanket as I suffer from restless legs at night and to have fibro. It looks good and sounds good so going to order and hopefully I can get a good night's

I heard that sleeping under such blanket is healthy and better than under normal duvet or blanket...
I love mine helps with my lupus and fibromyalgia I am thinking of getting a second for when we go away
I grew up sleeping with loads of blankets on me and when I swopped to a duvet when I got my own house I struggled to sleep. Even now at 52 although I have a duvet I have a heavy throw doubled over on top of my side of the bed.
I've also worked with kids with special needs and they can really help a child who is in crisis. We regularly used weighted blankets to help kids calm. I haven’t tried this particular brand but I defo know the benefits of additional weight to aid sleeping.

i have heard so much about these but generally when you look around they do seem expensive. I have committed to buying one for a while now but when your thinking you want more than one you really do have to shop around.
