An ivy-clad manor house hotel in the southern Cotswolds, with an acclaimed spa and innovative dining – includes breakfast, dinner and a suite option
Accommodation
Housed in a Grade II listed building, and part of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux collection, this 19th-century manor house has been transformed into a boutique hotel that’s rich in charm and character – and has a Pride of Britain Hotels accolade to prove it. Behind its ivy-clad façade, Whatley Manor is home to 23 individually designed accommodation, an award-winning spa with a hydrotherapy pool, lounge bar and a duo of restaurants, including The Dining Room, serving up modern British dishes with innovative East Asian and French twists.
Located mainly in the manor house, the six Suites are a rich mix of country-chic charm and modern style; classic furnishings rubbing shoulders with contemporary art and chic pieces. A smattering of mod-cons and luxury touches are at your fingertips, from luxury cosmetics and king-size beds to Bang & Olufsen entertainment systems and MP3 music-streaming devices. Many suites benefit from pretty garden views, the luxury of a larger living space, generously sized bathrooms and a separate lounge and study area. Superior rooms are equally as elegant and, whilst smaller than the Suites, are still nice and spacious.
