It's confirmed! Details below are correct! The start date will indeed be Wednesday 16th October 2019, as predicted.

I'm expecting:

  • 33% off lots of LEGO, a few at 50% off
  • 33% to 50% off Paw Patrol
  • 33% to 50% off Hot Wheels
  • 50% off Barbie
  • 33% to 50% off Vtech
  • Up to 50% off Playmobil

And more!

Johnny😊

Want to know the Sainsbury's HALF PRICE TOY SALE 2019 start date, and buy toys at big discounts?

According to the whispers I'm getting, the Sainsbury's HALF PRICE TOY SALE start date will be Wednesday 16th October 2019 ending on Tuesday 22nd October 2019. It will be in-store only. Mark your diary now!

Last year, the 2018 Sainsbury’s HALF PRICE TOY SALE was huge with hundreds of toys on offer including must-haves from big brands like LEGO, Barbie, NERF, Hot Wheels, Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, Shopkins, and Vtech Toot Toot.

About 300 toys were on offer at a full 50 per cent discount, and all the toys on offer had at least 20% off.

I think we can expect very similar in October 2019.

It's well worth doing a price check in advance of the sale. It's generally hard to beat the Sainsbury’s Half Price toy deals, but very often the 20% off - 33% off toy deals at Sainsbury's are actually cheaper at Amazon and elsewhere.

I’ll update this post nearer the time with the confirmed date once the start date of Sainsbury’s HALF PRICE TOY SALE 2019 is official!

I don't think so. Although some other Barbie stuff is 50% off at Sainsbury's.

The best price I've found for the Barble Dream Plane is £59.99 at Amazon - see:
