Whilst most of Johnny Neill’s inspiration for his gins comes from his ancestors’ intrepid exploits abroad, this gin harks from fond memories made closer to home. Evoking the flavours of rural England, the taste of fresh plump berries and hints of floral hedgerow conjure memories of Johnny’s childhood spent picking blackberries in the fields and lanes around his grandparents’ farm.

Method

Pour Blackberry Gin into a balloon glass filled with cubed ice. Top with Lamb & Watt Original tonic water, stir well, then add and garnish with blackberries
