Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta
Preparation: Use 1L of water per 100g of pasta. Bring water to the boil, add salt and pasta. Boil for 12 minutes for al dente, 13 minutes for medium and 14 minutes for well cooked. You might adjust cooking times to your personal taste.
