This is a Dell Optiplex 745 which doesn't do too well on Windows 10 (lots of blue screens of death). This is because the motherboard and hardware is over 10 years old and there aren't any proper Windows 10 drivers released by Dell. It's definitely worth buying but will only be optimal on Windows 7 no higher. Also bear in mind there is no on board graphics card so it won't be good for any gaming of any sort. Although, you can get a low profile low budget amd Radeon HD for £50 and install one yourself.
As another commenter said this pc might be only good for a work station but for any real heavy tasks it might be worth while spending a bit more. Issue might be is its already pre-installed with windows 10 hard drive would need wiped to get windows 7, plus the hard drive is small would defo need upgraded.
This is a great PC I brought one cor my son 9th birthday he loves it works really well. We replaced the keyboard and mouse for wireless one instead .X
The computer is good for gaming my son plays games on it just need to buy bigger hard drive costs £15 which can easily find on amazon so not much still a good deal in total for a computer X
