I do think that the delivery charge is expensive, I know of No other retailers that charge that much unless its like for bigger items. The last order I put in was disgraceful, I ordered quite abit of stuff and didn't mind the £5 charge for what I had ordered, after 8 days a box arrived, with just x 2 of my items left 8 outstanding, not a problem they do say that orders can be split or sent out from different warehouses, that was ok 8 days later nothing more had arrived, to email it can take a week to answer, the phone was a joke you are held in the queue, and waiting time is 2 hours plus, I kid you not, I was furious, so my O/H the calm one said I will ring in the morning and he had the phone on loudspeaker, and continued with what he had to do and half an hour later someone picked up. They couldn't tell me where the rest of the order was, so could I leave it with them for a few days. They rang back and said their could only apologise now. As the order was never made up and things were put into place so it never would happen again, then I was given the delivery charge back, and would I like to reorder. NO Thank You. once was enough.
