Delivery is free on the app, I've read elsewhere about it not working for some people but here's a few solutions that worked for others.
Try clearing your whole basket and then adding it again.
Or uninstall the app and reinstall the app again.
Try creating a new Cali account with another email address.

Thought it might be worth mentioning returns aren't free with this retailer so I would recommend paying with PayPal and using the free returns service they offer, they will refund postage on 12 items a year. All the details are here for those unfamiliar

TraceyRiddiough unfortunately the price has gone up again. I'm afraid many of the best deals don't last long and you have to get in early. The extra 20% off was a limited time promotion I'm afraid. Sale price go up and down all the time with many companies. Sorry you missed out. Maybe keep an eye on the site see if drops again
