The frame doesn't have a removable gear hanger so if you knock the bike over or have a minor crash where it gets bent a few times the frame is toast as the gear hanger can't be replaced. Also the carbon fibre forks are actually carbon fibre blades glued to an aluminium steerer tube which is the cheaper option and the bonding can break down over the years. Even the cheap Argos bikes typically have removable gear hangers for their aluminium frames. So frame and forks are compromised to reach a price point in my opinion.
