Tom Yeah, the price is dropping like a rock. The Xbox Scorpio looks very interesting but lacks the one thing that's the selling point for me — Exclusives.
Really want to get a PS4 Pro (hear that mixmixi ) but gonna wait till it falls to £200ish new. I suppose I could somehow get it from Very but I can't make a credit account and their customer service is atrocious.
Rockman I know a lot of people are in favour of Pro but I personally am not. Pro does not provide much of hardware diffrence in compare with Slim. It is more of con to me, haha. Scorpio also would not be a practical option for a few years, mainly due to its predicted price! It will have a limited audiance. If I were you I'd get a Limited Edition of Slim and stick to it for a few years. You have enough games to play for a long long time with a Slim one.
mixmixi The Switch is definitely killing my love for gaming since there's hardly anything to play on it. EA's new Need for Speed game looks mighty amazing and it looks like it's gonna be hella fun.
Seems like it'll be a mix of The Run with some open world features.
Rockman man you saying that about the switch is worrying. Ive always been in support of nintendo games but i gave the wii u a miss cause there weren't many games i wanted. I hope its not the same thing again. Anyways if you end up getting a ps4 ill add you on psn.
Gamerofgames Yeah, don't bother getting a Switch. It's not worth it now, neither by Christmas 2018 unless you really want to play Mario Odyssey at launch.
Nintendo claims to have more than 80 games in development by third party devs but don't really expect much from that, there's a good chance a lot of them will ditch the Switch in the end.
Guys, this generation was owned by Sony. There's no way MS or Nintendo could catch up. Price wise PS games are also in better position. If you're looking to play, PS is the only choice. I recently bought an Xbox and I can't find any games I want to play with it. It's been turned on twice so far, lol.
