Xiaomi has a good reputation, as does Huawei. The price is fab for a phone with these spec & large battery. You could easily get it unlocked. Fab deal. Thanks for sharing 
Surprisingly poor video at only 1080p30 which may have been done to give reasons to upgrade. The phone certainly looks like it could handle 1080p60 or 4k30.

If I didn't already have the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, I would definitely buy this phone at that price. Had my phone about 9 months and its a been great....don't be put off by the brand.
FYI: There's currently a big backlog depending on which colour variant you choose. I chose the grey and it's been queued for delivery; order was placed over 2 weeks ago.
