What are the delivery options for Zalando?

• Delivery takes 2-4 days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays.
• Expected delivery date is given in the checkout.

How do I return an item to Zalando?

• You have 100 days to return your order. All returns are FREE.
• Log in to your account and go to ‘"Return Item", click "Return your products now" and select the items you wish to return. Choose if you would prefer your return to be collected* or to drop it off at your local Hermes ParcelShop or Doddle Store.
• If you’re in London, you can book their one-hour collection slot at a time that suits you with On the Dot.
• Make sure to stick the label that you received with your order to the top of the box. If you didn't have a return label in the parcel then you can generate a PDF copy during registering your return.
• Go to the nearest parcel shop or simply wait at home for the courier to come and collect the parcel.
• It can then take up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed. Please retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.

Does Zalando Offer Home Pickup?

Yes they do. For a home pick up their courier will attempt collection on the scheduled day between 8am and 8pm. If your box is particularly big you contact their friendly Customer Care to arrange a separate home pick up. (This refers to boxes 32x24x16 inches or greater – usually for orders containing winter jackets and boots).
