Zinc scooters are excellent quality and great value for money. They are lightweight but robust, and this particular design is 3 in 1 kids scooter. It's a convertible sit on and kick scooter. It's suitable as sit on from age 1+ and kick mode for ages 2+. The steering is amazing. The lean and steer mechanism encourages natural balance development. The wheels have LED lights that glow when you move. This makes you visual in the dark and poor lighting areas. I would recommend buying a helmet, knee, and elbow pads for the child's safety and encouraging a helmet from a young age.
