Can we use the free 0800 number instead of 033, please? It's an additional cost for me as I pay as I go.

Does the credit expire after some time mine is expiring 2morrow but have still 2.77 on it and added £3 on it and still says 5.77 expiring 2morrow
I’m afraid I’m not sure, as it’s been a while since I used this. You will need to contact Tesco directly to resolve your issue
