This is a great deal for people who can get this, bit frustrating for my elderly Dad as we are just on the borders so he can't get a pass even though tax and house prices round here are just the same as 'London'.
His knees might still hurt but if he can get one of these it helps his pocket! I hope he succeeds in getting the pass.

I don't think it is new, it's just that not all over 60's necessarily know about the free pass
