My ten-year-old recently got a blue Peter badge and was thrilled. She took it to school and showed the class. 🙂

Not really Free, as some form of work has to be summitted to the BBC, for a basic Blue Badge.

BongoBongo god forbid kids should be taught to contribute to achieve an outcome.

Not everyone knows about the Blue Peter badge scheme, so it's nice for it to be shared to increase awareness. I didn't realise it had so many perks, otherwise I'd have given it a go as a kid.

LyndseyVC I am only too aware of it's benefits, as a Blue Peter badge holder myself, most children don't want to make an effort anymore, as they have too many distractions in the form of mobile phones, Tablets, and Games consoles, I was certainly not criticising a badge that I have held dear for 40 years.

BongoBongo apologies for the misunderstanding from your original comment. But honestly my comment still stands 🤣🤣 if kids are motivated there's no stopping them! But all too often parents are all too happy just finding them something to do that gives them peace and quiet, unfortunately it's usually in the form of a screen 🤔

The TV Show Blue Peter has been going for over 60 years. It's on the CBBC Channel at 5PM on Thursdays. My Partner Bret Packer and I love watching Blue Peter every Thursday. PaulaG bless you for finding this and keep safe.
