ARE YOU A PERSON WHO ENJOYS GOING TO THE PUB AND ENJOYS GOOD FOOD AND DRINK? DO YOU BELIEVE THAT GOOD SERVICE IS IMPORTANT? ARE YOU OBSERVANT? ...THEN GET REWARDED
We want our customers to enjoy their time at our pubs, and we are giving you the chance to tell us how we are doing.
We have launched a mystery visitor programme, allowing us to assess our pubs through your eyes.
In return we will provide an allowance towards your visit, totalling £20 if you dine at a pub or £10 if only drinks are purchased.
Anyone can sign up to be a mystery visitor. We simply ask that you fulfil the following criteria:
Enjoy eating and drinking at pubs
Good observational skills
Able to provide constructive and fair feedback
Able to complete an online questionnaire
Based in the South East of England
