I used to watch The Bill on ITV. Its being reshown on the TV Channel called Drama.
I have also filled in the form and wait patient for the magazine to arrive in the mail.
Filled the form in and submitted but it just went back to the form is that normal?
I haven't applied for one myself so I can't answer that 
but I believe that does often happen with this type of sample. Keep everything crossed. I hope it turns up for you.

I am still waiting for the magazine to be sent to me in the mail. I hope that it will arrive soon as I am looking forward to receiving and reading the magazine. Fingers crossed that it will be arriving soon.
