If you're interested in creating a website or blog, feel free to check out WordPress or Wix as both are really good, though I personally opted for WordPress as it's a service I've seen being used far more often than Wix (chances are you've seen a an ad of Wix on YouTube but not of WordPress).
With WordPress you can create a website with the address being "yourname.wordpress.com" so it's fairly straightforward and free of charge. Although, the paid services are obviously better if you want to go down that route instead.
At first setting up your WordPress website may seem difficult but it gets easier as you learn how it all works. Note: Plugins are for paid Business accounts only.
Now, as for making tips, this is what's known as "short links" and it either requires 10k views for $5 or 5k clicks for $5. I'd recommend two options and then stick to either one, or none at all if you hate short links (it's like a mini-ad page which lasts 5 secs and then allows you to get to the page requested, thus the user gets a tip off it).
Again, I personally went with Shorte.st myself since it has little to no ads and only info about the website itself and frankly, I quite like the user interface of it. Haven't received my payout yet since I've not accumulated $5 yet.
P.S. Please do not use short links on LatestDeals as tempting as that may be, better to keep it outside of it.
