Just beware - this is labelled as a โ€œgrantโ€ but there is now a charge against the property if it is owned. Really shouldnโ€™t be called a grant.

I thought this was to get a seat for the shower, going by the pic obs lol. It's for a grant only if you intend to stay in your home for next 5yrs +.
