Get Free £5 from PayPal by Downloading the App
I will immediately install but would like to know whether you receive any mail for the same?
I belive you have to have had the email, inviting you to save the £5 then click and save the offer to your PayPal account and then you download the App, making sure that you log in.. make sure you have the £5 link showing up on your main homepage.. I had some hassle getting mine paid out but I got my email 3 weeks or so ago But I got there in the end!! anyway good luck

i didnt know if this was a legit email or not but after this post i downloaded it and hopefully will get free money lol
Yes it's definitely a genuine email from paypal but I'm not sure everyone is offered the promotion.
It was a heads up for people to check their emails and see if they have been selected as it's open to 154,000 users
Why do Paypal send emails that get you to click through and log in? Not a good thing to do for any financial site .
Grannyclock you're right. In the past iirc they used to advise people to never open links in that way.
Downloaded, confirmed I wasn't a robot, clicked on the boxes with a fire hydrant, put my verification code in....... all for nothing! Well it gave me something to do! 
I clicked through from the email and got this:- This offer is not valid for this email address. Please enter the email address that originally received the offer email. The email addresses matched so don't know what went wrong
karrinatheclean what email address did you use? I was thinking of doing the same or I was going to tweet them. Hope you get an answer x
Deansmum I went through PayPal then help. They have replied and applied £5 to my account

A shame I had the email but when I tried to claim, it claimed my email was not eligible
shadowcat contact them. This happened to me so I contacted them and they have credited my account

I think you have to have the email sent to you directly from PayPal to be eligible.
